First: Introduction

These terms and conditions primarily govern the relationship between the Sehaty healthcare platform and all beneficiaries of the services provided by the platform, whether through the website or the application. By using Sehaty, you acknowledge and agree to your full commitment to these terms and conditions, including any updates and modifications that occur continuously.

Your continued use of Sehaty after any update or modification is published constitutes your explicit acceptance of it. 2. You/User: Includes anyone who uses the platform or application.

Third: The nature of the role of the Sehaty platform and the limits of medical liability

The Sehaty platform is a health technology regulatory platform that primarily aims to connect home healthcare providers with beneficiaries. It does not provide medical services directly and individually, while all available healthcare providers through the platform are independent individuals or entities and are not considered employees of Sehaty. This makes the responsibility for the medical services provided primarily on them, based on the applicable regulations and the entities to which they belong.

Please note that the services provided through the platform are not a substitute for the following:

  1. Visit your doctor.
  2. Direct medical follow-up for critical or chronic cases.
  3. Full diagnostic and clinical examinations when needed.

In emergency situations, it is necessary to go directly to the nearest hospital or health center, and the responsibility for this lies solely with the user.

Fourth: Terms of Use for the Platform/Application

The user is obligated to do the following:

  1. Having full legal capacity, being at least 18 years old, or using the platform under the supervision of a guardian.

  4. Do not abuse, harass, defame, or discriminate against any of the platform’s service providers or users.
  5. Do not copy, republish, or exploit the platform’s content except for legitimate personal use.
  6. The platform should not be used if the user is a direct competitor, or offers similar services without prior written permission.

Fifth: Accounts and Information

When you create an account on Sehaty, you must commit to providing correct, up-to-date, and accurate information and data, including the health data necessary to provide the service. Therefore, the user is always fully responsible for the following:

The services and platform are provided “as is,” without any implied or express warranties regarding continuity, accuracy, or freedom from errors.

Seventh: Terminating or suspending the account

My health authority reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account without prior notice in the following cases:

  1. Violation of terms and conditions.
  2. Misuse of the platform.
  3. Harming users, the platform, or service providers.

Eighth: The applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the country in which the platform operates. If any of the terms are invalidated, the remaining terms shall remain binding and in force.
